Meet Anthony Grillo
Tony founded Property Valuation Consultants after more than 35 years in residential real estate valuation — experience that includes appraising properties across four states, running his own appraisal firm, and spending a decade with the Monterey County Assessor’s Office - most of which was as a lead appraiser responsible for one of the region’s most complex territories, including Big Sur.
That chapter gives Tony something rare: a true insider’s understanding of how property tax assessment works — and how to navigate the process on behalf of property owners.
